Starting and running a business is something all of us might think about from time to time. When you’re a woman who wants to start her own business you may have to consider a marriage, children, and many other priorities before you even put a pen to paper to write your business plan.   I want you to be as prepared, knowledgeable and motivated as you can be before, during AND after you start your business. That’s why we’re here.

I have started so many business that I’d need a long piece of paper just to name them all. Everything from selling teddy bears, to selling greeting cards to selling police badges (that was when I was about eight years old). Most of the businesses were a failure. Why? Because I didn’t have a business plan, didn’t keep track of what I was doing and didn’t want to take the time to learn what I needed to learn to run a successful business. I’m older now and things have finally sunk in.

I see so many women today looking for more. They want more income and will try just about anything to earn some money to improve the lives of themselves and their families. I also seem women spending money on businesses that are either scams or things that don’t fit their needs. I wanted to try to help women in many different ways.

First, I want to help woman gain the knowledge they need to start, run and grow their businesses. I want to help motivate women to know they can do whatever they want to do in the business world. They may have to study more or learn a new skill or sometimes just give themselves permission to try, but they CAN do anything. Third, I want BizWahm.com to be a help to women starting businesses.   We will be working toward helping women in every way possible, financially, with motivational support, knowlege and anything else we can do to help.
